Dedicated server fro BMD

I want to get a dedicated windows server to run BMD and TOR.

I prefer offshore, but I want to avoid any pitfalls that recently came down in Germany over the TOR project.

Any ideas of the best places to host this kind of system?

got a good hosting company , but it's on mainland USA, i don't know if that's what u want because u mentioned offshore

You don't need a dedicated server to run bmd and tor. All you need is another cheap computer you can get for less than $200. I think that is the best way to use bmd and tor on the same computer.
