Although I thought it was an OK article, the guy really comes of as sort of a tool.
Especially when he's talking about loaning his truck to an employee and they flipped it, or bailing another out of jail. Those to me are personal decisions. If I where in his shoes, I sure as hell wouldn't.
On the other side he does a decent job laying out the liabilities of having employees and risk that business owners put themselves in.
I think, it was an OK start to an article, but it's not nearly comprehensive enough and very general.
