I have a database of some hundred thousands of emails to sell. It's international: US, Europe, South America, .. The segment is small ads, so you get lots of smaller companies as well as business-minded individuals.

Pricing:
$0.01 per record, minimal order of $250

It's all opt-in and fully CAN-SPAM compliant. Payment by PayPal or bank.
