Dam Google Account(s) Verification

Seems like everyone in the world can get NEW Google accounts (the BASIC - shit -gmail, youtube,blogger - not Adwords) set up without blinking an eye.

Me - and even my OS lady in Philippines - are getting roadblocked at every fuckin turn.
We tried free proxys, paid vpn, 'under 18 age', pinger, burner mobile #'s, - The Goo 'seems' to have all covered.

SO - you experienced guys -what is working NOW?
Is there someplace to 'learn' what to do?
A particular VPN that's working, a technique?
In another post somebody said to look up 'jeffery' - cause he's a wizard with all things 'Goo' - found the member - but he hasn't posted since 2012

Seems like all the stuff i can find is outdated and doesn't work anymore - or I'm just thick...

I'm well aware of fiverr - and use them. If I said i was too cheap for Fiverr then distended ball () guy's remarks would have been warranted.

What I was looking for was to learn/understand something beyond what i already know.

Looks I'd be better suited just brushing up on my bashing skills.

You're saying, 'everyone' as if it's a fact. The average person who is only getting one or two Google accounts a month is not going to run into a problem. But, if you're doing it for other reasons, you're going to have to find someone who knows how this is done. And, those people won't be giving you tips for free.
