Greetings everyone.

I wanted for long to implement the idea of making your custom t-shirt on my website, and now that I have, I'd like some advice on copyrights.

My site is a music directory niche, interviews, lyrics, links to ebay auctions. The music genre, is highly uncommercial, most of the bands have released their tapes and cds at 100 copies or so, and most of these bands are dead and unable to reach. but even besides that I believe that it is not illegal to make a custom shirt for a band you like or for whatever you like actually right?

I want it to work like upload the picture you want and get the shirt for x price depending on x, but I also want to make a lot of "template" designs for customers to choose from, listed as products which you can just add to cart and buy.

Does this make me break any copyrights? Would I still break them if I only leave the choice to customers to order whatever shirt they want, without actively promoting bands etc. ?

If someone has any insight to give I will be in debt.
