The graphic design fits well for a real estate or travel site, but can be used for anything if you like it. Here it is:

This design is coded in XHTML 1.0 Transitional and CSS. It uses JQuery and plugins for nice animation. The right image panel slides trough 4 images you can choose to have there.
XHTML is semantic, optimized for fast loading and SEO friendly. CSS is optimized also. XHTML validates without any warnings or errors and CSS validates (but with warnings - it is normal though).
All JavaScript is unobstrusive. The site looks fine without JavaScript too.
Optionally (additional price) i can provide more internal pages with the layout you wish and PHP/MySQL custom backend for whatever you wish.
Payment will be accepted only through www.rentacoder.com (i will give details to winner)
So what you get exactly is the CSS file, XHTML for homepage, all required JS files and all layout images (header image is a placeholder, i can put your logo there or whatever you want. Same for the slideshow box on top right). You get no PSD because i made it directly in code so there is no PSD.
I will provide additional modifications you request either for extra money or free (depending on complexity).
Bid starts at 200 USD. I will not sell if i don't get a fair offer.
