I have a current PR4 Website, The Real Deal Now Poker. I am still actively link building and it will be a at least a PR 5 very soon on the next PR update by Google. I rank for such terms as poker legislation, play poker like a pro, and many many others on msn, yahoo, ask.com, etc. The website is still being improved and gets around 425 unique organic/natural visitors a day from the SE's and other sites. It also get's about 1200 more each day from Adbrite, Ask, Goclick, and Miva PPC campaigns that I have running. The words are highly targeted that I bid on so they should be valuable to you if you have good related content on your site.
