I am looking to sell rewls.com. It is a site I started awhile ago that I never put much time into it. I have invested about $2500 into the site with content and the great design "imo"
It has some cool features like a custom widget to check the weather, and a custom widget to check stocks. I feel like with a good name and someone who would be dedicated to building the site it could be great.
Even if you don't want to actually write, its PR4 right now and with some more SEO it could easily go up and you could link whore it out or whatever. It is listed in 9rules.com directory and a few more great places.
