Cron jobs with add-on domains - help

Working with shared hosting for the first time with add-on domains, I normally use reseller accounts and I am baffled.

I have a main account and then add-on domains, trying to get this to work on the add-on domain.

Normally I would use:

php -q /home/USERNAME/public_html/script/cron-file.php

But that isnt working

Any ideas?
