Hey there,

First, I am new, so please bare with me :)

My buddy and I have an extensive plan to build up a GPT site. My question is, is there a list floating around anywhere that has a list of affiliates who allow you to have their offers on GPT sites? I guess these would just be incentive offers, but my guess is some people would allow GPT sites, and some won't.

If anyone could help me and my buddy out, that would be great!

Thanks in advance! :D

I don't recommend that you buy google adword clicks, even though they can be profitable if you care about your google account.

We have a few GPT websites, had a lot more back in the day but quality wasn't that great so we had to deactivate a few of them. We do have cash incent campaigns, but our application process is a bit rigorous compared to other incentive networks.

If you have a solid game plan on how to deal with fraud and maintain quality hit me up.

Hahaha, good luck with that. Unless you plan on offering instant paypal payments, you aren't going to see much activity.

Thanks bud, I appreciate it. I will be in touch!

Why laugh? If you have something constructive to provide, please do so, however, do not knock something until you thoroughly explain why. I was asking a simple question, and your comment was not needed.

On the other hand, I have an extensive amount of resources of people who want to join GPT sites, so I think I will be just fine in starting a small GPT site.

Shaz,

Are you the director of the affiliate network or only an affiliate manager there?

Why are you asking Wickedfire? Why not ask managers at incent networks? christ

Lots out there.. we have a lot of gpt sites with us as well. Like Shaz said fraud prevention is key.

Also agree you will need instant payout if you want to attract members. Otherwise it will be tough to build up a member base.

Greg -- Thank you for your post. We are interested in a script, they said fraud prevention is standard in the script. I'd like to talk with you more about this. Please PM me your AIM, Yahoo, MSN, Skype or other instant messaging client you use so we can chat live!

Thanks for your post and look forward to speaking with you soon!

Cool story bro. I'm in the industry so I fucking know how it works. Have fun owning the next crash and burn GPT.

Won't be any skin off my back, at least I can say I have the experience and I learned something. That is the thing about me, I learn from my mistakes, as most people should. What do I have to lose, my time (got unlimited hours of it), 10$ for a domain? Big Deal.

We will see what happens.

RedFire is really a good one.

today I found this forum and found many manager ,It's a great day

Spam much? RedFire doesn't have many managers. It's a small incent network backed by a drunk 'canuck' named greg. But he's good though...once you learn to read between the slurs.

Not saying you shouldn't own a gpt site if you really want to, but about 2% fraud prevention comes standard while the other 98% is on the owner. Sure, you can keep out the 7 day old known proxies with another automated script but it doesn't do jack for all the bullshit information these kiddies use.

If you pay net 15 or 30 you won't lose much when the reversals pour in, but nobody wants to do shit on a gpt site unless it's instant paypal or amazon dollarz.

I understand. Thank you for actually making a post that actually explains the pitfalls of a GPT site. That asshole who posted a couple posts up kinda pissed me off... I guess he put some money into a GPT site and it failed! Couldn't of happened to a nice guy! :)

Thanks again for your help! I guess I will use my money else where!

Do you mean 2% of fraud prevention will come from automated fraud checks and 98% will come from manual inspection from the owner? I'm also starting a GPT site and have a good amount of fraud checks in place (custom script) but I'm not sure if it's enough - people everywhere basically just tell me how much fraud there is.

Do you know how advanced the fraudsters are? I have the obvious email and phone verification in place, and then afterwards a few location fraud checks based on the phone's location, the stated location, and the IP location. I'm going the "amazon dollarz" route so nothing will be instant - I can take up to 5 days realistically to process the order after someone has cashed in his or her points. Any thoughts?

Nope still running one at the moment. Sorry to disappoint you.

Verification is only half the battle. The other half is dealing with members duping offers, manipulating the pixels, etc.

Damn, that hadn't even occured to me... do you have anything automated in place to control that or is it all manual checking? I'd probably have to manually inspect each account that does a prize request which would be a huge pain in the ass if it's really that abundant =/
