Hey,

I'm trying to make it so that I can create email addresses on the fly and automatically have them forwarded to a single address.

Here's what I want to do:
I have a domain, eg. www.coolfreemail.com or something
I want ALL emails to ANY address at that domain to be forwarded to a gmail account
I want to be able to create addresses for that domain on the fly

For example, if I'm going to need an endless supply of unique email addresses but A.) don't want to have to create them all manually each time and B.) want them all to forward to my gmail (without setting it up manually)

So anytime I need a new email address, I can just use gnbjdfnsjdf@coolfreemail.com, mike@coolfreemail.com, etc, etc without having to set the address up or set the forwarding up each time.

How would I go about doing this?

What administrative backend are you using for the site's hosting?

If it's cPanel, go to Mail → Email Domain Forwarding and just use *@yourdomain.tld to wherever you want it to go for legitimate email addresses that you're loading to the site (i.e. info@).
If you also want to catch the ones that are mistyped (or spammed), then go to Mail → Forwarders, and set the catch-all to the email address you want too
