CPA questions! Lots of them! My first!

First this is the best forum that i find myself till today. And wish everyone all the wealth happiness and best of health.

As my english already sucks. I have few questions regarding cpa networks.

I see most offers only for USA or USA CANADA. Mainly zip or email or mobile number submit ones.

Now my question is I have planning to bring traffic to my site from varous forums and link farms. or other ways not directly from google adwords. :rasta: So if the non usa canada peoples accidently signup my offers .. Say a large volume of them. My account will be shut down and all earnings forfiet? :anon.sml:

How Can I prevent non USA CANADA from accessing my cpa offer?

Does cpa sites accept other then google adword traffic..

Social Bookmarking sites traffic accepted?

The cpa networks will redirect your international traffic to a different offer. They aren't stupid.

You can also use maxmind geoip to show different offers to different countries.

Search google for php implemenations.

or use openads, it integrates with maxmind db and you can choose where you want to display each banner
