Just looking for some help here regarding networks who pay per install of each application. I've been looking at that facebook breast cancer awareness thread but never found out exactly who or how they got a company to pay per install.

If you find the Milnic Media video about monetizing fb apps that everyone was linking to about 6 months ago I think the speaker mentions a site where you can get white label downloads that pay per install.

The video is 2 parts and specifically references breast cancer awareness app. It's been linked to here and all over the place. I'm sure it's still on youtube too.
