I want to know if there are cpa affiliate programs
which have co-registration offers..
for example when a visitor wants to subscribe to my newsletter he she also automatically or by checking option buttons are registered to cpa offers.. and i get paid..
which cpa network have more programs like this..
or is it possible to do it with email submit cpa offers from any network.. by adding code and give the visitor an option to submit his email for another offer also? please guide how to do it.. :error:
