I'm trying to experiment with different types of websites and I need to sell a couple of my sites so that I have some money in my Paypal account. Here's the websites:
Name: Fresh Arcade
URL: http://fresharcade.com
Age of Site: 5 months.
Traffic: Last month there was 72 visitors, 188 visits, and 1018 pages
viewed. So far in July it's 12 visitors, 16 visits, and 19 pages viewed.
About the site: Basically, the site runs off of http://gamesitescript.com. It's a really great script, you can even grab games directly from other websites just by entering the URL of the game. The script sells for $95 on http://gamesitescript.com. I can also verify that I have a license to use the script as well. I've pretty much neglected this website as I had a lot of other things to focus on. I did create a custom layout for the website and added a few games on there. I made a post on sitepoint looking for game packs for this script and received many private messages. Most of them offered deals like $25 for 1200 games. It's easy to find good game packs for this script without much effort.
I don't really have a set price in my mind for this website. If you're interested in this website, keep in mind that the script alone would normally cost $95 on http://gamesitescript.com and that this is a custom layout.

Age of site: 11 months.
Traffic: Traffic has been decreasing every month. I've ignored the site and haven't added any new articles since probably December 05. In January of 06 there was 250 unique visitors. As the months went on it has been decreasing and in June, there were only 63 visitors.
Revenue: In total, Exit Depression has made me $42.28 via Google Adsense. This is since last July.
About the site: Exit Depression is a simple content website that gives those looking for help with depression and anxiety some help. All of the information is from free article websites. Yes, none of it is unique! It still made me a little bit of money and started decreasing in traffic once I stopped updating it. http://exitdepression.com also has a Pagerank of 1.
