Corner flip Banner/Flash thingy

Not sure what to call this thing, but its similar to this - (hit preview) Flash Components - Templates - Corner Flip Banner

Just looking for some more info on how to create these things, but don't know what to call them? Dosent have to be Flash necessarily, just a static banner.

cool. Thanks dude. Thats plan B. Would coding a static banner in the corner be more difficult? Only examples coming to mind are those sites where you see donation banners like World Vision...but i can't seem to find any right now :|
