COPEAC signup without sites?

Is it possible to sign up to COPEAC without sites developed yet? I plan on launching a few sites soon but dont have any of them up yet. Theyre all being developed locally before being launched.

Will the be a problem signing up with COPEAC?

You can generally sign-up with almost any network without sites. Just get on the phone and talk to them, if they decline you. I am a PPC guy and that's what I tell'em, and they are fine with it.

Any network = even Azoogle? I've been meaning to sign up with them since they seem to have the best offers, but since I'm also a PPC guy with no established sites (and a total n00b, as you can tell, to boot), I wasn't sure if they'd take me.

I suppose I'll have to get on the phone and do some one-on-one with the people over there. Thanks for giving me this kick in the ass!

Do you have any registered domain names? Perhaps you can send a screenshot of the domain names you intend to use for the sites that you are developing.
