Context sensitive ads

how well do context sensitive ads work?
i find them really annoying - i often follow what i am reading with the mouse tip and the ads pop up and they are distracting

Dunno but it seems like a good idea for keywords. If your content is really good though they'll prob skip and keep reading haha
