Does anyone know of a service or software that manages content outsourcing?
Ideally it'd be a really simple workflow:
1. Anyone can sign up as a writer, and I approve them
2. They can choose any topic they want (as long as its niche related), write an article, and submit it
3. I approve it and they get paid a flat rate via my paypal or some other way
I like recruiting real writers through craigslist, but want a more formal way to manage the process.
Know of anything that does this?
