Contact Form II (Wordpress Plugin)

I found this really cool plugin for adding contact form on wordpress blog, there's just one problem, I don't know how to use it!

I've got no idea where I can add the contact form!

Anybody using it?

Alright! I've fixed it! It's a great plugin to have, go ahead & install it now.

It seems like it doesn't have a captcha for spam protection?!
