I assume that the majority of you don't know jack about speaking Chinese so if you had one (or two) shots on breaking into china, what would you do?

This does NOT include manufacturing.. anyone could do that.

I am a chinese(not from china though), write and speak good Chinese(Mandarin and Cantonese)so I think I can give my two cents here.

I think a lot of people are overly optimistic with China market. The limitations I see are
- too much frauds;
- piracy is rampant;
- majority have no credit cards;
- PC is not affordable to most people, let alone broadband connections;
- Online porn and gambling is illegal in China;

Go figure.
