Looking to see some good bands in the next year! Anyone recommend any really good acts? I recently seen ZZ Top and they put on an excellent show. I want something like that....recommendations please.

Why do you care what I like? I could could tell you that Britney Spears puts on a great show, but it could be completely irrelevant to your tastes. How about you find out if the bands that YOU LIKE are touring and then decide?
I just saw AC/DC. Great show, see them in LA tonight or jet and see them down under. But yeah, why do you care?

I have seen Metallica 5 times - always awesome. AC/DC are good, but not as good as they were 15 to 20 years ago. You are right about ZZTop though - they put on a great show. Hard to know what you are after, or recommend when no one knows what your tastes are besides the one you've mentioned.

No, I was in the states for a vacation and saw them. Excellent show! Never been to a concert like that before and just wanted to see who others had recommended to see live. Sometimes, even if you don't care for a band their live performance outweighs that. Did not think that I would much care for ZZ Top but boy was I wrong.
Do ZZ Top bring this drummer at their concerts?

In almost all of the good bands there are members that are either dead or to old to tour or shadows of their former glory.
AC DC was a great show like 20 years ago but I think some of those bands are just too old anymore. David Bowie was great too but man that was too long ago.
Would rather see a band/artist in their prime perform like Phantogram or whatever. Fuck I don't even like going to concerts anymore. What the fuck am I talking about. Too many idiots cramped up in the same space just like an NFL game.
