Do you even know what a review copy is?
A guy reviewing your work has to give an honest review in exchange for the free content you give him. That's it.
The review the reviewer writes encourages potential buyers on the forum to give you business.

Try giving review copies only to reputed forum members and you'll see some business flooding in
