Company That Allows Promo of Parked Domains

I saw this guy making an announcement at DN Forum for this co.: DnaDo.com top selling .com domain sold for $100000000 million

However, this website looks a little shitty to be honest. Has anyone tried them? Also, are there other less known parking companies that allow promotion of domains (outside of buying ppc traffic)

100000000 million is a number so large there's not a name for it. How could that crap site have sold a domain for $1 million let alone $100 million millions.
