'Command Center' for controlling links on WP blog network

At the moment I want to build a network of blogs that can promote my money sites.

Could anyone let me know if there is a script available anywhere that can control all the WP blogs that I have created so that I can place links on certain pages of different sites from one location?

Look into the XML-RPC api for wordpress. It allows you access to the back end of the site so you can control content and links.
