That's more of an offshore registrar for complaints, I need a legal trustee to register a company in Australia and register a domain for me.

You can register a .com.au as a foreign company licensed to trade in Australia (Source - Schedule C, 1(d)). You'd then just have to complete the registration requirements for foreign companies outlined here.
