I'm looking for a script or preferably full CMS to create a software download portal site. Think download.com, tucows, softonic, softpedia etc. There are thousands of them out there so I'm sure many are using scripts rather than building it all from scratch. Basically I need something that can handle and all the processes, software submission by PAD files, as well as the CMS to handle all the posts and site structure. I've looked around but not been able to find much. Suggestions greatly appreciated.
