Client's Yelp Dilemma

Has anyone been able to change a client's address on Yelp without losing all of their user reviews? I have a client who moved to a new location (previously mobile service only) and the shitweasels at Yelp say there's no guarantee he will be able to keep his reviews. Do you have to grease some palms?

It seems not. It's their app structure, and it seems unlikely they are willing to update it.

Yes I have.

Email your local community manager and go meet up with them IRL for lunch and talk about the problem or email them. They usually can help assist with shit like this. My local community manager was this super ditzy asian woman but I was able to leverage her to get what I needed done on Yelp.

yourcityname@yelp.com is typically their default email.
