ClickBank vs 1ShoppingCart for checkout?

I'm debating whether to use clickbank or 1shoppingcart for checkout.

The big things I'm looking for is ease of integration, be able to have those who buy opted in to my newsletter and to have the buying customer be sent an email to download the ebook?

I'm wondering which of these 2 can do all this and is cheaper on a per transaction scale.
