CJ advertiser Flycell own me 2K - are they going to pay?

If an advertiser is deactivated(in my case it's Flycell), does the publisher receives any commisions earned before they get deactivated?

I have earnings for september(~2K) still locked on my account and the advertiser is expired. Commisions from other advertisers for September already paid, and for october are ready for payment.

From what I hear...Probably not. CJ is good at not giving you your money in this case, while I hear azoogle would probably pay you your commissions..... It could be Flycell not paying CJ therefore CJ does not pay you however transparency is limited.

I thought merchants had to prepay funds to CJ.

Anyway, don't you think you should talk to CJ?

I already wrote to CJ and still waiting for reply.

Better fire a few more E-mails, CJ sucks dick! their support Sucks Dick! CJ is a complete fucking joke, I dont care how big they are or how fucking long they have been around!

FUCK YOU CJ! COCK SUCKERS!:action-smiley-052:

you need to call them and yell at some people, email are always way less effective in cases like this. 2 grand is alot, they better fucking pay you

I had just started with their campaign when they went down, so I only got $40 from flycell before they became inactive.. of course they waited a few days to tell me they were inactive so of course my campaigns were still going. def. a thumbs down for CJ on this one.

I just went through this with Savings.com but for a whole lot more money. Depending on what kind of volume you do I think has a lot to do with how they treat you. I called CJ 2-3 times a day as I didn't and still don't have a number for savings.com. Also my situation was a little different as I JS redirected visitors to my search listings to the advertisers landing page. They said I was forcing clicks I think on a technicality as I know a lot of people that do this exact same thing. Just keep on them and hope for the best.

Mine turned out ok, they just reversed a few leads but have agree'd to pay me the rest. However I won't use CJ anymore, just too risky if you're going to do very large volume.

You should call CJ or the advertiser....chances are the advertiser didnt close out Sept so that is why you havent been paid.

Come to think of it i dont think CJ paid me in Sept for a campaign we ran, their payment process sucks.... I think CJ holds on to money to ride the float

If all else fails, sell it to a collections agency and you'll recover some of your money.

avoid CJ at all costs

There are stories of people loosing tens of thousands in revenue for no reason

Got response from CJ:

Good Afternoon XXXXXXXXX,

Thank you for your question and I apologize for the delay in response. Flycell has been temporarily deactivated due to insufficient funds. Once they deposit sufficient funds in to their account we will be able to pay you and all the other publishers they owe. Unfortunately, we do not know when they will do this. We apologize for the inconvenience.

Please feel free to respond if you have any additional questions and we will be happy to assist you.

Regards,
Client Support

See, that's your problem. You got to show them you're serious. I'd find out where they live and get my gang together. Then ride your bicycles into their garage door until they got ten to twenty 2-3 inch dents. Then, they'd take you seriously.

Damn! Remind to never piss you off! My garage door would just fall in and hit my car.
