I had to verify this wasn't an april fools joke. Today many Walgreens stores are pulling it off the shelves as it is seen as racist.

This was just covered on CNN. And here we go again with the fear or racism, jesus christ. I fail to see how those who buy it can be considered racist. What're people going to do, tie it up to a tree and burn it on a cross? Oh no, those poor Chia Obama pets.. I smell jesse jackson behind this.

Why would this be racist? its a statue and it grows chia hair. Anyways it isnt near as bad as some of the Bush merchandise I have seen.

Wait, it wasn't racist when Chia Mr.T came out but it is when it's Obama?
Is it because Obama's kinda lanky, where as if Mr T really did get pissed about it he could make you lick your own arsehole?

And black people aren't the only ones that grow afros...
I'm pretty certain that Jon shaves his head because otherwise he'd have a raging Jewfro, like pretty much every other non-chinese jew.
