Today I just purchased an active, 4 year old domain, that was the authority site in my niche. They have a range of top ranking competitive keywords which got them alot of traffic. Managed to snag the PR2 domain for <200$ as the owner no longer has an interest in the site. Good day at the office, fuck yeah.
