I am looking for reseller hosting that I can throw up numerous wordpress sites for arbi. What is the cheapest reseller hosting package out there?

Tell me something -- why do you want to go with a reseller pack? You know with reseller too, all your sites will be on the Same IP and with a regular hosting account too, it will be the same.
I'd say, get a HostGator Shared Hosting Account and host all your sites as addons. That's what I myself did when I was getting started. It will cost you just $9.95 and has option of unlimited sites unlike ResellerZoom -- which restricts the number of sites you can have on one account.
Also, I was with HG for over 2 years and they were nothing but amazing for me.

well, money was the issue, but i am trying to to get something that will allow me to pour out sites as needed when i get an idea. i just might look into it.
