Cellphones in bulk

do you guys know places where I can buy cellphones in bulk?

I got a call from my uncle saying he needs 100,000 nokia phones, which is a pretty good deal but I have no idea where I could get them.

If you guys have any suggestions they'd be much appreciated.

it will depend on the model of the phones... if you want 100k of the same model you would want to talk to the manufacturer...
