When you get one of those letters ... The domain is different/apart from the trademarked name. Only thing is, you are using their logos on the site (which are obviously trademarked), and behind the site, is a network, selling support for this product. ( the product itself is free).

+ Your business name is based outside of the U.S

What would you suggest to do in that case ? Wrap the project up and be done with it or Continue ?

You are scared about them finding your whois information.

You don't have a lawyer so you ask for legal advice on Wicked Fire.

You need to stop. Give up the domain. Just give it up. You're losing sleep at night over this and more importantly you're being a turbofaggot on my forum. Just give up the domain. It's barely making you money anyway. And stop posting about it.

The less you worry about this the more you can make money without breaking the law.

I understand you might have an erection issue, but pounding on the keyboard wont make it go away , nor will it make you more income. I understand its fun being in an internet wonderland, and to constantly think highly of yourself by throwing out sarcastic half edged pencil replys you might have heard in 3rd grade, but seriously please... dont stop, i would hate myself if you did, we all have a life to live and i wouldnt want to ruin yours. PS. Trademark or no Trademark, its not a big issue, what im trying to share light onto was something totally different , errmm lets see, oh yeah, like a certain company taking away all my domains under the account due to infringment. Yeap, i should have asked my laywer about it*
