card declined on facebook

Hi all,

Anybody had this problem when trying pay a outstanding balance on your facebook ad account?
There was an error with your payment information. Please correct the following:


  • There was an error and we were unable to use your card. Please contact us.
I have contacted support but no answer for a few days.
 


Nope, the account has been running fine for awhile but the card declined last night due to insufficient funds. But now when I try to pay up, it won't take it. No clue.
 
I have and so have alot of others. Email them thru the email your acct is under to affiliates@ facebook.c0m and they will respond in 2-3 days or so. Its a glitch theyve never seemed to fix...once they get in touch in my experience you THEN can submit the new card...
 
This happened to me once. Once the card is declined, they didn't want to use that card again. Even when I deleted the card and put it back in they wouldn't use it.
I emailed them and asked them to reset the card so that it could be used, and they did.
