Hey Guys
I'm working on a site and I have been looking for about a week for a WordPress theme that I like.

I found one and I currently have it installed. It is "Simplified" Details On Theme

So I like the logo at the top left. I like the green and blue bar, I just wanted to remove the text and put my websites name in it's place. I opened the file in the themes images folder called "logo.png". I edited it in PS. I saved it as "logo.png" and drag and dropped it into the images folder of the theme using Cyberduck.

Refreshed the page, and its still the same "Simplified" logo.

I tried to paste the .png file in.. Still the same logo.

Any help?

Are you putting the image here? wp-content/themes/default/images/

If so, then try clearing your cache and trying again.

control + F5 might do the trick.

Next thought is you either created a different format (.jpg, gif, etc) or you accidentally dropped it into the wrong folder.

Also make sure you overwrote the original file and not that it just renamed one of them. You need to have the original file deleted and gone or it sometimes will cause problems

Thanks guys.

dmn, thats basically what I did. I renamed the file to logo1.png and went into the stylesheet and changed the logo div to logo1.png

Thanks again.
