So what's the deal with tax information?
I'm under 18, living in Canada, and editing my tax information as I just signed up to CJ.com and it says I have to in order to get paid.
My options are between these
But after reading through the first one, it seems the second one is for me as my hosting is in the US.
So I fill out the second one? Basically what it is saying is that I have to pay 30% taxes?
Just making sure I'm doing the right one, this tax shit intimidates me.

- W-8BEN Certificate of Foreign Status of Beneficial Owner for United States Tax Withholding
