Can you sell products from CJ and LinkShare on the same site?

Is this allowed? I checked the terms and conditions for the affiliate programs I was signing up for under each company and didn't see anything about it mentioned in those - and I couldn't find anything when skimming through the LS or CJ terms that are 23950285902 pages long... so - does anyone know?
 


Kurt, be very careful, CJ will sue you if you run a LS offer on a page that has a CJ offer. they win these cases!
 
arz, come on, if you really believed that then I have a great price for some ocean front property in Kansas I am willing to let go for cheap!
 
I know this is a dumb question, but is it safe to assume chris' sarcastic answer means that it is indeed okay to have products from both networks on one site?

If you are big enough, CJ bends over. If you are small they are fucking you so badly that this is just another chance for them to steal from you.

Bottom line - If you are doing any volume at all, try and work directly with the seller of the product. They hate CJ, and if you are doing any volume at all they would rather give you the 20% they are paying CJ for absolutely no fucking service.
 
If any affiliate network told me they had a problem with me posting offers from other networks on the same page I would drop them like a hot rock. Short answer: Yes you can put whatever you want on any page except contextual stuff like adsense.
 
Yeah im sure he did they pay big affiliates on time personally ive not gotten paid for 4 and 6 months before and heard countless other stories saying the same thing
 
i've received like $25 and then $75 from then for my first two checks. hopefully they'll keep coming as i keep increasing my business. do they give any reason for not paying - or just don't send. i hadn't really read much bad stuff about cj - but i guess i didn't look very hard. is linkshare any better?
 
yep the reason is always we havent been paid by the merchant yet, which apparently can take up to 6 months, youd think in cases like mine where its only like 300 they would just pay you but no they are fuckin douchebags.
