Can You Recommend a Uk Call Tracking Solution?

Hi,

Can anyone recommend a uk call tracking solution I can use to track calls from my site through to other local businesses?
It would be nice to be able to track the call though to the point of conversion but I don't think you can record calls in the uk without telling them first which would lower conversion rates. Anyone got advice on this.

It would also be helpful to have a way to track sales/form submissions that go through on the local businesses website. I would probably need to setup some sort of affiliate system and get the business to include some code on their site to track this, any recommendations?

Two call tracking solutions I've used are:

Response tap
Infinity tracking

Infinity tracking is more up to date and provides more data and features. Re the lower conversion rate you can tell callers their call may be recorded as a whisper once they have called so it should have less impact.

Re tracking sales/submissions - try UTM codes and assign each conversion an ID that can then be tracked to see if they become a customer. I haven't set this up but I've seen businesses use it.
