Hi I am new to affiliate programs but ive been doing some research on them and i am thinking about joining an affiliate program and I want to know, can you have more than one affiliate on your website? Also if not then if you have more than 1 website can you have different affiliates on each websites?

actually, i think some programs might have some rediculous exclusivity clause in there terms and conditions. But that's definitely not common. once you've figured out how your traffic acts and how affiliate programs work, you should join as many as you feel fit your site(s)' demo.
