I would suggest rewriting this post. It seems like you have a ton of work there to do, when actually it shouldn't be too bad. Break it down and make it more clear what you need.
 
Flash Communication Server alone will cost you about $6000, as far as I know. And thats not counting the installation :)
 
Yeah I am with ThreeHundred. Clear up this post so we can understand whats actually needed to be done. Is your server remote or onsite. Is the software readily available or do you need it purchased.

Lastly, you can lease a set up a dedicated server for much cheaper than the mess you are ab out to get into.

I WILLING TO PAY SOMEONE TO DO THIS FOR ME.CAN ANY ONE HELP ME?
 
So are you going to want to wipe your current servers clean of their Windows setups? Are you going to want to leave the servers and go with a dual boot setup? (dual OSs?)

If Linux servers are what you need, why not go with the suggested, and get a dedicated server rented somewhere. Currently, you're missing most everything you need, so your current equipment is useless, to you, without the proper OSs. For between $50-$200 per month, you could have all of thise setup for you, by a hosting company, and you wouldn't be so much out of pocket.
