Can I PLEASE get a designer who is fast... and good!

I need a designer ASAP. I really just want someone who is fast, and can have a 24 hour turn around time. I do many projects (about 4-5 pages a week) so I will have plenty of work for you. It's been hard finding someone who can keep up with the workload.
