Can cURL follow a link and figure out where it's at?

I want to use cURL to strip some affiliate links off a website, follow them, and then determine the resulting webpage.

If I strip out a link such as this:

All Clearance - Lenox

I want cURL to follow it and determine that it ends up as this

All Clearance - Lenox

Is there an easy way to figure out the URL of the ending page?

So using the above cURL setting, how do I print the resulting URL I am now on?

I don't want to print the web page. I want to print the URL.

You'll have to manually parse the HTTP headers.
