I'm looking at buying data for my network. I was just really looking at getting some advice before jumping into in.

Is it best to buy it on a cpm or opt in?
What other stuff should I think about?

Split testing

Some niches are good in Cost per impressions like joke niches and horny stuff. Some leads will work with optins. Or Buying data would not work at all cause of a million factors. Best thing to do is split test or not buy at all

Without proper data on your niche and the sellers info, we cannot give you a proper answer. So split testing and getting the results yourself will be your only way
