Buying a new adwords account?

Does anyone know a place where you can do this? I know i could go through all the bullshit steps of setting up a new one, however i'd much rather just straight up buy one that's functioning and in good standing....if possible. PM me if you would rather not post it to the masses.

Do as I do. Outsource it. Stick up a loads of adverts on freelance sites. You will have to sift through the detritus but you do occasianly find a diamond in the rough. You can try DigitalPoint and BlackHatWorld for suppliers. Again you'll have to deal with timewasters.

For extra accounts (adwords/cpa/affiliate), I simply get my current staff to signup for me. There are quite a few ebooks on thevault that go behind the details (IPs/virtual offices etc).

Anything can be made or bought.
