Hey Guys,

What business software/tools do you guys use that help you through the daily tasks?

Our employees have a difficult time working on projects/tasks because we have nowhere to collaborate, update tasks, make notes, etc. It would be awesome if this software was also available with a p2p messenger like AIM. Any advice?
