I need to make bing/facebook accounts using Brazilian IP addresses. Does anyone know of a reliable IP solution that isn't already blacklisted?

If only there was a way to have a brazilian IP without being in brazil. Nahh not possible

You can use HideMyAss, they have like 170 IPs in Brazil
