Blog URL Question

My blog URL was supposed to be mydomain.com/blog, why did it end up as mydomain.com/blog/index.php?

How can I fix it?

BTW this is on a crap web host, the one with a reptile as a logo. My other blogs on another web host doesn't have this problem.

It's a page; therefore it must have a name and extension. Being the head of a directory, you're able to neglect the file name/extension, and go to mydomain.com/blog/

If doing that doesn't bring you right to mydomain.com/blog/index.php's contents, then put "[SIZE=-1]DirectoryIndex index.php" in your .htaccess

Basically your better host probably includes an htaccess by default while the cheap one is well, cheap.
