I just started out around 6 blogs on blogger for getting links to my main money site. I wrote around 13 articles on one of them but back-dated some to make the blog look legit. 1 hour later the site operator on google shows around 19 pages indexed in google. Great.

The next day I see that it is back to 4 pages indexed and it has been like this for three days now. The blog was created in April and had around 3 articles on it until July when I wrote around 10 more and back-dated them to previous months. Please note that all articles have been spun and have been checked with copyscape and show no duplicates.

All I wanted to know was that is this normal or is the site facing a penalty or something? All help would be highly appreciated...

Depending on the Google data center you are running the site command on at the time can give you varying results. Also, it may take a little time for your new blog to find it's natural position in the serps. If your posts are unique, try getting a few backlinks to them too or use some social bookmarking. This should help getting the pages back into Google.
